New-old-stock South Bend painted metal dial with the seconds bit at the '3' to convert a hunting case movement to open face.

The dial has a few very light marks to it but generally looks very nice. There is also a slight warp to the dial. I have not attempted to straighten it. I'll leave it to the new owner to determine how much straightening needs to be done.
